GET IN & OUT OF YOUR RECLINER CHAIR WITH EASE! Handy risers raise chair’s height 3" to 4" (depending on chair style), which helps decrease strain on hips, back and knees as you sit down or stand up. Won’t interfere with rocking or reclining functions; won’t mar surfaces. Set of 4 slip-resistant risers support up to 600 lbs. Install and remove easily.
I'm ordering them but...
I'd like to see them pyramid shaped so that they could be stackable. Then you could go from 3 inches to 4 inches - or higher. My dad has a lift chair and he raises it about 6 inches so that he is eye level with the TV.
with a rocker recliner they were dangerous. probably work better on just a recliner
Love the risers
I love the risers so much, it was much easier to get out of my recliner my husband asked me to order one for his recliner.
I cannot tell you what a difference these risers have made for me. My recliner sits higher now and that is great news for these old bones. Thank you!
Exactly what I was looking For
I was unable to exit my recliner without using my arm strength because my knees were bent beyond a painless lift. The risers were just enough to allow me to exit the chair normally. Exactly what I needed.
They work perfect on my chairs.
I now have them on 4 of my recliners. They work really well. My Husband has Parkinsons, and having the extra height helps him get out of the chairs easier.
These items are a good idea but adding them to a recliner causes the recliner to tip over forward sending the person getting up into the floor. DANGER
I don't know what people are talking about unstable. My dad's chair has a round steel bottom and I affixed them wide apart around the chair. My dad loves them and now he doesn't struggle to get up with his bad hip from working construction all his life. thanks for saving us money by not buying a 1000 dollar lift chair.
This was way too wide and unstable for the recliner we were trying to uyse it on. It would not work at all and was returned to the company.
These don't always stay in place. We had to put rugs under the chairs so they wouldn't move.
