I used this to make meatballs in bulk for a school event. They baked up well and stayed "round" which was a plus. Definitely appreciate the way the rack allows the meatballs to drain as they cook. So much healthier than frying them!
Don't judge a book by its cover
I was happy to get the book however the book was poorly constructed. Whoever put this book together did not separate the pages after the holes were punched and a lot of them stuck together. When I tried to open book, the pages stuck together and a lot of the pages tore from the holes ripping the pages. I was able to save a lot of pages from being torn at the hole punched areas. I just hope no one else has the same problem.

I like the idea that the meatballs are out of the grease and that it drips away to the bottom. Good design.
