I use my set to cook any size meatball, ground Italian sausage (I prefer the mild Italian sausages) and I also cook bacon too. I am by myself so I do not cook a lot but when I do I do enough to last a while; I freeze what I cook and take out what I need or want for the next day to cook further with a meal. I am always ready to cook something.
I had borrowed my daughter's meatball baker. I was very impressed. The mealballs were evenly cooked, not greasey. I just had to order one for myself.

There Is Nothing Out There Like It!
This pan is easy to use for kabobs by securing the pieces and slices and keeping them together. It truly is NON-stick! The watery juices drain off to the bottom keeping the veggies and meat from being soggy. Meatballs brown evenly and the fat melts away. I have given "3" of these as birthday and wedding gifts, so it was hi-time that I gave one to myself!
This is a good product.
