Orders via Phone
You can call us anytime at 1-800-377-7878, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. We are always manning the phones to help you place your order with us. If you have your catalog handy, please be prepared to give our phone representative your key code. The Key Code is located on the back cover of your catalog, next to your name in the blue shaded box.
It isn’t necessary to have your catalog when you call. But it is easier and more efficient if you have a list of your item numbers.
Orders via Web
Our website makes it easy for you to place your order anytime day or night. Just click on the category you are interested in, sort by price or newest addition, or if you know the name of the product or item number, simply type it into the search box.
Once you have browsed and shopped, just click “check out” on your cart and follow the instructions on each check-out page.
Harriet Carter Gifts. Inc will never require that you create an account with us on our website in order to place an order. If you opt to check out as a guest, you will still be able to track your order.
If you have an account, simply log in at the beginning of checkout, and your billing/shipping information will automatically be populated in the form for you. Even if you have an account, Harriet Carter Gifts, Inc has a strict corporate policy that we will not retain your credit card information on the website after your card has been authorized. Your personal information is closely guarded and we adhere to the highest internet eCommerce security standards.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation page that includes your order number. We strongly suggest you print this page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied on your order. This is to assure you that the order is in our queue for processing.

Customers can pay for purchases using their Amazon account by logging in with their Amazon email address and password. If you have any questions or problems using Amazon Payments, please contact Amazon directly at https://payments.amazon.com/contact or call Amazon Customer Service at 888-280-4331. You will be prompted for your phone number and Amazon will call you back - 7 days a week from 5 AM to 9 PM Pacific Time. Please note that Amazon Payments and Amazon Prime are two completely separate programs. Our Web site is associated with Amazon Payments and has no connection to Amazon Prime.
Orders via Mail
We also provide an order form bound in the middle of each and every one of our catalogs. Just fill in the information requested on the envelope order form. Enclose your personal check, or fill out your credit card information (including expiration date) and seal the envelope. We will begin processing your order as soon as it’s received.
