Perfect for sleeping!
I wear my socks to sleep in. I can't sleep if my feet are cold. These are light weight and none bulky, just right. Have also given many for gifts. Our daughter wear them in hunting boots.

Wear on feet over regular socks

moderately like these
The socks seem warmer when worn under my regular socks. Especially for winter. However I wish you still had the glove liners. That is what I wanted more than the gloves.

Keeps my feet warm
These are my 5th pair of these socks. They hold up well in the wash. I use them as a sock liner and will wear another pair of socks over these. My only complaint is that they are little scratchy.

Sock Liners...
I needed some replacement sock liners because mine were getting holes in them. I've looked every where and was about to give up when I did a Google search and found this site. I am very happy that I found these because they have come in handy plenty of times this frigid winter. :)

Socks keep my feet warm
Socks fine but not the gloves----- one glove was too tight!

Too Small !
Wanted to use gloves at work to keep hands warm, but they are way-too small.I am a man that's 5'9" and know there should be at-least 2 sizes, with the one that you offer being the smaller of the 2. I gave them to my wife and they fit her good. Same with the feet liners, I gave them to my wife. She says they keep her warm. Wish I could have some for me. I'm sure they would fit tight on most men in the U.S.

Can't Keep Them in the house
I love these sock liners! I keep ordering them so I can give them away to my friends. I keep a pair at the office and when the heat goes down, I simply put my sock liners on and my feet-and the rest of me get warm quickly.

Waste of money
I should have known better than to buy these. Unfortunately I didn't remember my physics classes until I tried these glove and sock liners out. Metal is NOT a thermal reflector: It's a thermal conductor. That means it sucks the heat away from your body. How any of these other reviewers are finding them warm is a true mystery. They're not. I had bought both types of liners and sent them both back.

Thermal socks and gloves are terrific.
I can't keep my hands and feet warm in the winter so I'm always looking for products to help me. I use the gloves under regular gloves and the socks under other socks and it really helps me stay warm.

Failed the Test
With the first use a week ago shoveling snow, wearing these under my thermal gloves, I found my fingers became just as cold, just as fast. Today, with more snow and temperatures in single digits, I added some woolen mittens between these glove liners and my thermal gloves, thinking it might help as I shoveled. It didn't. So I cannot recommend them at all.

Polar Vortex -- BEWARE!!!
My mom bought these from the catalog when they first came on the market a million years ago and she loved them and swore by them. They've just been sitting in her drawer untouched since her passing. I used to think she was crazy, that the warmth she felt when wearing them was all in her head. Well, one more time, Mama knew best... At the moment, we're in the middle of a polar vortex complete with snow storm which dumped 13 inches on us yesterday. I had to go out and shovel in biting, sub-zero winds this morning. I have had surgeries and have medical conditions which cause severe pain in my fingers and toes when exposed to cold temperatures for as little as five minutes. Didn't know how I was going to get through a couple of hours of snow shoveling under these brutal conditions. Then, I remembered these gloves. Thought, "what the heck, what do I have to lose?" Well, THEY WERE AWESOME!!!! No kidding.. Two hours and fifteen minutes in blowing snow with wind chills of -15. And I was able to do it without a single bit of pain in either my fingers or toes! I wore the socks on top of my crew-style socks, and the gloves as liners under a regular insulate glove and my hands and feet stayed warm and pain free. I'm on the website now to order a second pair of each so I can alternate. I'd also like to say that these gloves have been worn and washed many times since my mom's original purchase and they still look brand new. Our house gets very cold during the winter. Where I'm sitting right now is usually so cold that my legs and feet get like ice and I spend my computer time sneezing constantly. Not so tonight. I kept the socks on so my feet continue to be toasty warmmmm. If you're thinking about buying these, please don't hesitate.... BUY THEM!!!

effective for years
My mom gave me these socks years ago. It was great to find them again in your catalog. I bought them for my sister and myself for Christmas as a fun reminder of past gifts. They are so light and they keep my feet warm. Counting on them to last for year again.

I would buy this product again and again
I have worn these instead of liners but as the glove itself I have small hands and they fit nicely
Dec 11, 2013
I love these because they keep your feet warm and they are very thin, so they don't make your feet too bulky when you wear 2 pairs of socks, which is essential for most outdoor activity in the snow. I would not wear them alone.

Sock liners, thin, really work
Are as advertised, happy to have them. Wear with knee highs under my boots.

Great for football games.
Wear them for football games and outdoor activities and they really do help.

Bought it again & again
I have bought this long lasting product for over a dozen years. They wash well, though they last better with a quick hand wash and drip dry. My oldest pair of these socks is over a decade old.I have loaned them to family going from my warm climate to travel to snow (as I do regularly).

My hands get real cold at night. I think my hands are probably "average". The gloves were a bit scratchy but I think I could stand that, but the hand and fingers didn't seem in proportion, though both were too short. The hand part also was too big around. I returned them.

fingertips and toes will like these

Best Sock Liners on the Market!
Finally, I've found sock liners that actually work! These socks keep my feet so warm. My feet get cold very easily and I've tried so many different kinds of socks over the last several years. These are the only socks/liners that actually keep my feet warm! I wear them alone as socks under my leather boots while riding motorcycles in 35 degree weather and my feet and toes stay so warm! I also wear them to bed on very cold nights. I tried buying thick socks made of wool, synthetic, cotton, and none of them kept my feet as warm as these! They wear very well, my first pair lasted several years.

Not impressed
At work I sit at a desk next to an outside door, so my feet get very cold in the winter. I bought these thermal liner socks to try to combat the freezing drafts. Not only did the socks not keep my feet any warmer, they also have a strange, itchy texture. I feel duped on this one.

Great for sore hands and feet!!!
I am thrilled with these socks and gloves. They help my husband significantly with his arthritis. He also has circulation issues and these products help keep him warm when nothing else was working. I highly recommend these products for your personal comfort!

Not So Thermal
I use them when I take my early walk every morning. I have very small hands so they are to big and bulky for me, therefore I can't wear them under my gloves.

Foot Savers!
I've bought these socks before & wanted a couple of additional pairs. They keep my feet warm in the snow no matter what shoes I'm wearing & no matter how long the wait at the bus stop.

actually does what it claims
Lightweight and comfortable for keeping warm under the thinest gloves and socks.
Nov 27, 2011
Works as advertised
Wearing these under regular socks definitely keeps my feet warmer. I have small feet so the "one size fits all" is a bit of an issue for me. The socks wash well.

This is a great product
My Husband works in the funeral business and needs to be outside in some pretty cold temperatures and this product has been tried and is true to form in keeping his feet and hands warm during a 3 - 4 hour period outside in New England temperatures. He actually had me purchase the socks for his fellow workers and they loved them!!
Feb 27, 2011
Made for a person who has small hands, I gave them away because they were to small. I needed an XL. So there was no size given with the gloves.
Feb 25, 2011
Love the product. Recommend!
I have had both glove and sock liners in the past. I tried to find some replacements a couple years ago when in CO and couldn't. Was really excited to find them in this catalog. The socks are really comfortable and warm when worn under other socks. Nice and thin and not bulky. They are also very durable.

Terrible and doesn't protect against the cold weather.

Outstanding Glove Liners!
kept my hands warm in sub-zero weather without the bulk

Awesome product
I'm a mail carrier and I use these as a glove liner when the wheather gets really cold. They work great due to their thin construction and generate an amazing amount of warmth. Only downfall is the seams in the fingers can be really annoying but I'll take that over cold, numb hands anyday :)

Very warm gloves
We provide these gloves to our employees who wear them under rubber gloves when handling waste in our disposal business.

Does exactly what it says
I have used these for several years now. If you have poor circulation in your feet or hands. Try these. I use them all the time for sleeping.I have purchased them for my granddaughter who has poor circulation in her hands and she loves them.
