Just place a ball of meat inside and close firmly—spring-loaded design shapes patties of any thickness from 1/4" to 1 1/2". Heavy-duty aluminum with non-stick coating assures easy release and quick clean-up. Also available: set of 350 parchment squares (ea. 6" sq.) to separate shaped patties for freezing.
