How do I return an item?

Our return policy is a "money back if not delighted with your purchase" guarantee. When returning merchandise to us, please fill out the return form located on the reverse side of the packing list that accompanied your merchandise. If you do not have the merchandise return form, just include a note with your name and address, the items being returned and the reason for the return.  Also, please tell us if you wish a replacement or your money back.  Place the item to be returned and you instructions in the carton.  You may use the original shipping carton.  This merchandise may be returned to us by regular parcel post which is third or fourth class mail.  Send the return to the address below.  Thank you.

I received an incorrect item with my order, what do I do?

Please call Customer Service at 215-361-5122 and let the representative know which item was shipped incorrectly.  You will receive instructions on how to return the incorrect item, and when you can expect to receive the one you ordered.
