For Optional EXPRESS DELIVERY to continental US, Add $11.98 in Addition to Shipping & Handling. ($39.00 for AK, HI). Not available to PO Boxes or rural routes, and orders for item #'s beginning with "D" or "G".

Unfortunately - outside of APO, FPO military installations - we do not ship outside the United States and its territories.

Currently, we can only ship to one destination per order. You can save as many addresses as you like when you create an account.
